I made a minecraft skin in MS paint, but its not the right size for the skin changer on the minecraft website?

In MS Paint under Image, Attributes tab you can change the picture's dimensions using inches, centimeters or pixels. This will probably become a "trial-and-error" effort but eventually you should hit upon the desired size. Be sure to save your work under a different name each time.
