I inhaled spray paint fumes??

Question

I was doing graffiti in my garage and then I felt like a high and dizziness. What should I do to feel normal again? Will this be permanent? :/

Breathe outside fresh air...and do not use spray paint in confined spaces, only outside. You will be ok, but do NOT repeat...repeated usage may cause brain damage which is permanent.
