BeBe has given you the right answer. I make olive green with black and yellow, too. If you must use the teal as a base, try adding black to the teal and then put small amounts of this dark mixture into a pool of cool yellow, such as lemon yellow. Keep mixing small amounts of the dark paint into the yellow until you find the best olive shade. A little warm yellow, cadmium pale for example, might help also depending on your results. Whatever you do, only mix small amounts until you achieve olive green and pay attention to the proportions in your experiments so that when you find the right blend, you will be able to reproduce it in suitable quantities.

You need a cool blue such as prussian blue or or a lighter cool blue such as cerulean blue depending on the type of olive green you wish to make. Basically blue and yellow make green so if you add a colour from the yellow part of the spectrum you will get some form of green. Try a light orange or a hot yellow to give an olive green. Experiment with different combinations of blue and yellow. If you have already made a basic green with blue and yellow but it is not murky enough to be olive then try adding a little red to it (choose an orangey red not a purpley red).

It's hard as I have no idea what you have. But blue and yellow make green and if you add some red it 'neutralizes' the green. So, depending on what you have try that. If you have green and it's bright - add a little red and see what happens.

If you don't have any other blue, try mixing yellow with black. That usually makes an olive green.
