I need another use for paint brushes. I have literally 1000,s I found in a trash bag over on the other street near my pad and I keep trying to give them each purpose now that their on good hands. I've labeled 13 so far as followed:

1 Paint.
2 Stir drinks (hot choco, coffe...) etc
3 apply makup (girls only obviously)
4 use this for another color paint so I don't have to clean #1
5. Trim bristles lower and brush teeth with shortened bristles
6. Use the wrong end of the handle for miscellaneous purposes
7 sharpen the end and use for toothpick
8 I can't remember this one but chances are its not important lol
9. Put on display in a makeshift "art museum"
10-11donate these two to local pre school
12 sharpen end and use it to reset electronics (very small reset button on most)
13 pair this one up with the next 5 and do something with all six. Not sure yet about these or the others. That's why I'm asking lol

Please let me know what suggestions or what you do with your brushes? I'm not a cheap person (I'm on a iPad) but I do not like waist so DO NOT ASK ME TO PLACE THEM IN THE WAIST BASKET

What kind of brushes are they?

I would donate them to the local elementary school or a local art class. Ruining them to figure out what to do with them is wasteful. Give them to someone who will be able to use them.

One thing you can do with some of the brushes is to dust your computer keyboard with it, if the bristles are soft.

I exploit makeup brushes with oil paints, it works quality however I best use a small quantity on the tip of the comb for textures. When cleansing I best soak the guidelines plus a bit additional. The bristles by no means shed into the paint however might be would if I used to be dragging the brush across the portray. I've a 40 piece reliable make up brush set i exploit just for oils. I started using it when failed to understand what to do with with the additional brush set and determined to put it with art.

You could separate out the nicer ones and donate them to a local school, or community center/day care. Even libraries that have art events would be glad to take them.

You can take an aluminum soup can that has the label peeled off and then cut the brushes down to be slightly taller, then glue them all the way around and you'll have a nifty pen/pencil/brush holder.

You can keep one in with your cleaning supplies for cleaning electronics.

I sometimes use them to hold up a bun (like hair chopsticks)

You could make make-shift chopsticks

I have had this problem in the past while painting my phone. I buyed paint brushes off of SAMs club in bulk because I figured I could use them. But I only got like 15 - 35 of them in the case not ONE THOUSnand!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow how did you find one THOUSAND!??!

N e way. I have thought up some uses for you but not one ONE THOUSAND!!!!!

Here are some suggestion.

Use some to build a house. And then the one you used for the house also use to paint the house!!!! That way you get more uses for them and don't have to waste valuable p brushes

Also cut the bristols off of a few (like 25 and use the hairs as a wig)

Also use them for in a fire to keep the fire going ya know

Ask Siri if you are on I pad. She can help out more than some of us here on yahoo answers. We just ramble most of the time and never get to the point!!!!

But seriously one 1000,,,,,, that's crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh and use one for each color of the rainbow

If you don't paint donating would be a good idea. Or you might want to sell them on Craigslist. Don't put them in the "waste" basket.
