It appears to be an oil painting with a gold plate on the bottem with the name "Moonlight over Capri" and the bottem line just says "Casati" with the same signature in the lower right corner.

Moonlight over Capri, 1901
*Every painter/artist/poet/writer has what they consider a pen name. "Casati" is the pen name for Charles Coleman. This painting is really rare. Even a copy of it is worth $150,000; at its poorest condition.

I also have the very same painting signed it isn't a print you can feel the the ridges from the paint it has the gold bar at the bottom of the frame saying the name and painter and is signed in the bottom right corner with Casati, my Mom gave it to me a couple of years ago but she had for over 30 I can't remember where she got it and she just passed away in January at 94 years old so I can't ask her but I am going to look into it more if find out anything I will post it hope you will do the same.
Thanks Michele
