I need to do research on photoshop artists for my A Level art project. My theme is Owls/forest. I've been heading in the direction of owls with human features and such, but any suggestions would be great =D

Thanks!

In the hands of a good photographer then the camera and photoshop combination has not taken anything away from photography. After all, film photographers used various filters on camera and/or techniques in the darkroom to achieve the same/similar effects that photoshop does now. Where it has taken away from photography is that every little teenager who picks up a camera thinks that because they have photoshop that they can produce "professional" pictures. At the end of the day, there have always been "retouchers" who would push the boundaries that is no difference with photoshop but I just wish that people starting photography would NOT think that photoshop is everything. It is NOT and should only be used once you have the necessary skills with the camera to get a good shot in the first place.
