Yes. The best known mural he painted is "Guernica" It was a protest painting of the Nazi German assistance of the Spanish governments civil war at the time.

What happened was Hitler sent his air force into Spain and one of the towns that was bombed was Guernica. It was a massacre. Picasso painted a huge mural showing the destruction of the Spanish town .

Later on in his life he was caught in Paris France when the Nazi's invaded, and for the duration of the war he was working his studio in occupied France. During the occupation some high ranking Nazi officers decided to pay the great artist an obligitory visit. When they arrived at his studio (he wasn't too happy to see them) they were invited in and during the visit a young and low ranking officer noticed a postcard copy of the painting "Guernica" on the artists table, picking it up the Nazi officer turned to Picasso and said "so you were the one who did this?"......Picasso said "NO YOU DID IT!" he then ran to the back of his studio and grabbed a handful of the postcards and came back to the Nazi officers and started passing them out to them! Needless to say the rest of the visit was short lived, as the Nazi's stiffly excused themselves. I don't know if they took their postcards with them though.

Now I know you asked about Picasso's murals and this is just one of them....but I gotta ask you, was that man Picasso gutsy or what!? What a beautiful sense of irony.
