What red color oil paint can be used in place of vermilion?

What red color oil paint can be used in place of vermilion?

I'm thinkin' Cad Red Light, with maybe just a speck of orange in it. Vermillion looks a bit orange to me.

I'd say either Cadmium red light or medium. Depending of course on the other colors in your palette. When I paint using the zorn palette I prefer cad red light. But I think medium is a bit closer.

Bit more info. Why don't you want to use it...and if you don't have it.. what do you have?
