Do they spray paint real Christmas trees to make them look more green?

We got a real Christmas tree and I swear it looks so nice and green compared to the ones we've gotten the previous years. The others ones we got had a more faded green, but this one has a very nice dark green color to it. In fact, the branches themselves look green rather than brown like they should.

So is it possible they sprayed it with a green color?

Yes they do, some of the growers spray paint the trees to look more green and to stay green longer.

Ho-Ho-Ho! christmas freak, i'm form of an "environmental freak" and am "destructive" to spray products that would harm the ozone (i'm no longer announcing that this product does). inspite of the shown fact that, what i love to do to my tree is beautify it with Gypsum-aka-infant's Breath (clean). It seems only like "snow", and it dries of course on the tree. only an option! XOXO Moonpie
