Some famous photorealism paintings?

Can you please name a minimum of 18 famous paintings in the art genre of Photorealism? When I mention famous, I mean some of the most famous in the world. Also, can you recommend a website for me?

That's rather a major demand to make of other people, don't you think? It seems to me that you can do the necessary research, and if this is for a school project, that's your job.



I wouldn't say that there are any photorealist paintings that are as famous as, say, work by certain Renaissance or impressionist or modern artists like the abstract expressionists or the pop artists. However, there are important artists like Estes and Chuck Close. I think you need to research significant figures in the field and look up their works. You can start with the site below:

Richard Estes is possibly the most famous of all Photo-Realist painters when it became popular in the 1960's. Then google Photo-Realism 1960's to the present.
