I know it isn't the most respected style of painting but I want to start somewhere... I am starting from scratch with nothing but Bob Ross videos. I want to know paint colors, brushes, everything.
Thanks

The Bob Ross style is just a wet-in-wet technique for oil painting, enhanced with his patented Liquid White underpainting layer (slows the drying process and enhances blending of colors on the canvas.)
To paint along with the videos you will need pre-stretched, 16x20 canvases primed for oil paint, a large can of odorless brush cleaner, tube of Bob Ross liquid white, three brushes ( rigger, 1" flat, 2" flat), a painting knife (trowel-style) and some cleaning rags. A "starter" set of 5 oil colors (37 ml tubes) includes Phthalo Blue, Titanium White, Sap Green, Cadmium Yellow and Alizarin Crimson. Bob also used Black, Burnt Umber, Burnt Sienna, Yellow Ochre and Viridian. Suggest you buy a large tube (138 ml) of Titanium White as you will use a lot of it for mixing. You should acquire some kind of easel to secure a painting in progress and prevent accidents. Oil paint stains and you don't want that masterpiece rubbed into the carpet!
All the Bob Ross products are sold online (Dick Blick) or in Hobby Lobby stores. Have fun!
