I have Corel Painter Essentials 4 downloaded and installed, along with my Bamboo Create tablet.
The software worked well the first time I used it, but now each time my hand or stylus even touches the surface of the tablet, the image zooms all the way in, and refuses to work as an actual pen. I don't know how to stop it from doing this. Incredibly frustrating, and Tech Support was no help at all.

I don't know if you have a Mac or a PC but go into "System Preferences" (Mac) and re-customize your Wacom tablet to the Corel Painter application. For some reason, you may just need to do that again.

Try re-installing the Wacom tablet driver and then do the set up again. You configure your right clicks, etc in set up.

There shouldn't be anything to installed. If you're having hindrance it will leisure in the type of pen/pill you are utilising. Assuming Corel Painter necessities is the identical as Corel Painter X, go up to "Preferences" then to "Brush tracking". Draw a curvy line across the scratch pad, increasing the pressure as you do. You should realize a trail of purplish dots that expand in size as you increase the strain of your pen (this is Painter's way of calibrating pen stress and stroke width in step with your private contact). If the dots don't expand in dimension with the pressure, begin watching at your pen and it is settings (there will commonly be a control panel that enables you to tweak).
