Can I use water color paint to do cat whiskers?

Im planning on being a cat and I know people use liquid liner, but I was wondering if I could use paint... And I will be wearing it the whole day

No, it needs to be really strong colour to show up and will rub off/look paler as the day goes on.

Use liquid liner (or kohl pencil), it'll stay put and be a stronger colour - as long as you don't rub your face... ;)

Water color would smudge and smear within an hour or two, I bet.



I'd try a sharp eyebrow pencil or the liquid liner.
